What does it cost?
There's no fee to apply. Concierge charges a commission on each completed order. Your rate is set out in your merchant agreement before you take your first order.
Where does Concierge deliver?
Concierge currently operates in Georgia. We'll announce new areas as we expand.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2 business days. If we need anything else, we'll email you.
Is there a merchant app?
The Concierge Merchant app is on the way. Approved merchants will use it to manage orders, hours and payouts. You can always apply here on the web.
What does medical courier require?
A valid state pharmacy, facility or practice licence, insurance, the temperature classes you need, and a signed Business Associate Agreement before your first delivery. Controlled substances also need DEA registration, and labs need a CLIA number.
How is my information protected?
Applications are sent over encrypted connections, and sensitive numbers are encrypted individually before they're stored. Read the Merchant Privacy Notice for details.
