Concierge Inc is an Atlanta-based transportation and delivery company building a better way to move people and goods across Georgia.
What we do
Concierge started with rides: the Concierge Rider and Concierge Driver apps connect riders with background-checked local drivers. Our merchant network puts that same driver network to work for local businesses, with food, retail, courier and medical courier delivery.
How we work
- People first. Every driver passes a background check, and every merchant is reviewed by a person before they go live.
- Security by design. Sensitive business and banking details are encrypted the moment they reach us, and staff access requires multi-factor sign-in.
- Local and accountable. We're based in Atlanta and focused on Georgia, so you deal with a team that knows your area.
Medical courier
Medical delivery is our flagship merchant service. We work with pharmacies, labs, clinics and health systems that need chain-of-custody handling, the right temperature class, and a partner willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement.
Where we're headed
We're onboarding Georgia merchants now and building the Concierge Merchant app so businesses can manage orders, hours and payouts from their phone. We plan to expand to more regions as the network grows.
